  1. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and have no effect. These Terms may be modified at any time; you are responsible for periodically reviewing updates.
  2. For these Terms, "you"/"your"/"user" means any natural or legal person who agrees to become a user/buyer on the Platform.
  3. By accessing, browsing or using the Platform, you agree to all Terms.
  4. To access and use the Services, you must provide true, accurate and complete information during/after registration and are responsible for all acts through your account.
  5. Neither we nor third parties warrant the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of information or materials offered. You acknowledge such information may contain errors; we expressly exclude liability for inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  6. Your use of the Platform/Services is solely at your own risk and discretion. You must independently assess whether the Services meet your requirements.
  7. All Platform contents and the Services are proprietary to or licensed to us. You obtain no intellectual property rights in any contents, including design, layout, look and graphics.
  8. Unauthorized use of the Platform and/or Services may lead to action under these Terms and/or applicable laws.
  9. You agree to pay charges associated with availing the Services.
  10. You shall not use the Platform/Services for any unlawful, illegal, or otherwise forbidden purpose under these Terms or applicable Indian/local laws.
  11. The Platform/Services may contain links to third-party websites. Your use of those sites is governed by their terms and policies; links are provided for convenience and information only.
  12. By initiating a transaction to avail Services, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner.
  13. You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates/group companies and their officers, directors, agents and employees from claims, demands, actions, penalties, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your breach of these Terms/Privacy/Policies, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
  14. Limitation of liability: In no event shall the Platform Owner be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, data). The aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim or Rs. 100, whichever is lower.
  15. Force Majeure: No party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by a force majeure event.
  16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Privacy Policy

  1. Retention: We retain personal data no longer than required for the purpose collected or as required by law. We may retain data to prevent fraud or for other legitimate purposes, and may continue to retain anonymised data for analytics and research.
  2. Your Rights: You may access, rectify and update your personal data via Platform functionalities.
  3. Consent: By visiting the Platform or providing information, you consent to collection, use, storage, disclosure and processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you share others’ personal data, you represent you have authority to do so.
  4. Communications: You consent to us and our affiliates/partners (including lending/technology/marketing partners) contacting you via SMS, instant messaging apps, calls, and/or e-mail for the purposes specified in this Policy.
  5. Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw consent by writing to the Grievance Officer with the subject “Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data.” We may verify requests before acting. Withdrawal is not retrospective and is subject to these Terms, this Policy and applicable laws. We may restrict or deny services where such information is necessary.
  6. Changes: Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates. We may revise it to reflect changes in practices and may notify you of significant changes as required by applicable laws.

Refund Policy

  • If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
